Support Services

Finding the services you need and staying connected to those services is important.  This section will help you find HIV case management services in your area.  It will also help you find other resources that are important for people living with HIV such as medical care, housing and food assistance.  These services can help you to improve your quality of life.

If there are specific services that you need but cannot find here,

  • please contact an HIV Case Manager (hyperlink to the case management page), or
  • use 2-1-1 Maine

2-1-1 Maine can be accessed by phone simply by dialing 2-1-1 and asking the operator for help in locating a specific resource, such as a food pantry, dentist, or transportation services.  2-1-1 Maine can also be accessed online. The website can help you locate resources in your area and can sort them by distance from your zip code.

“I am most grateful for this assistance and I sincerely appreciate the benefits that ADAP provides. I believe I would not be in my current state of ‘good health’ without this program.”
